You can visit https://participant.empower-retirement.com/participant/#/login  to change your 403B contribution. You will need to register if you have not used the Empower site before, Instructions to register can be found in the attached guide. Although, it may take 1-2 pay periods for your changes to process. 

Additionally, you can check out our benefits portal: https://ioaging.mybenefits.life/  Employer Code: ioaging to find more information about IOA's benefits. Click on the tab "Additional Benefits", and scroll down to "403B Retirement Plan".
