Because you have access to ADP, you can make changes to your address directly within your ADP portal; it’s a quick and simple process. 

Follow the below steps to change your address:
 
  • Click “Myself” in your ADP portal heading

  • Under "My Information", click "Profile" in the sub-menu that pops up.

  • On your profile, middle left of the screen will show a box called "Personal Info". In that box, click “View More”

In this section you can make updates to your name, address, and contact information. Please remember to hit "save" at the bottom of the screen before exiting the page. We recommend completing this update the Friday before your next pay date to ensure your next paycheck/paystub is delivered to the correct address. 

You also have the ability to go paperless! This environment friendly/secure option for keeping paystub records is available to IOA employees. All you will need to do is log onto ADP to review your pay statements. Let us know if you are interested.
